Wrists

The wrist is made up of eight bones that work together to provide flexibility(19). Each of your fingers and your thumb connects at the wrist(20). It is a common misconception that your fingers end at your palm; but actually they extend to the wrists. When you hold up one of your arms, your pinky should be in line with the rest of the arm, not your thumb(21). This should be natural, and when you are resting, your arms exist comfortably in this neutral state(22).
